I feel like a fool for waiting so long to visit Heritage Jewelers. I did some serious damage to my engagement ring, the shaft was bent & it also cracked where I'd had it sized a few years ago. I thought I had no other choice but to buy a new platinum setting. We walked in & immediately felt welcome as Dirk was very kind & took his time with us. We were shocked when he & Tom looked it over & offered to repair it at a very reasonable price. Not only did they repair it (they added platinum to strengthen and widen the band) but they also took my wedding band & did some customization to it so they fit like a true set! They had listened carefully and came back with something far better than we'd even dared to hope for- all in just a couple of days. I stood there choking back tears-it was now the bridal set I'd always dreamed of! My husband was absolutely thrilled. We will recommend Heritage Jewelers to everyone we know. We will never go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful time working with the staff at Heritage Custom Jewelers. The shop has a more approachable feel compared to maybe other stores I have been too. I was able to see a wide variety of stone options and was guided through the various grading techniques to understand the value differences among stones. Dirk also showed me a variety of setting options as well as CADD designed settings that can be custom made and crafted to your exact liking. After I was confident in my decision, the turnaround time was excellent. They are very friendly and it felt more personable working with a smaller shop. My fiancé and I went to their shop the very same day I gave it to her to see a matching wedding band. Couldn't have asked for a better time. I am probably a lifetime customer after this experience.

We took my wedding bands to Heritage Jewelers to have a 45 year anniversary band added. I already had a 25 year but wanted to add the 45 year as well. We brought in a set of rings my mother in law had given me years ago and they were able to incorporate some diamonds in from that as well to an existing band, changed the finish on one of the bands and connected them all together. I am thrilled with the results and they had it completed in less than a week at a reasonable price. Big shout out to Dirk and his crew for the awesome design. Will be using them again!

I have known the Swiderek family very well for 2 decades. Dirk and Jan are wonderful people to work with. I didn't know very much about engagement rings before going into their store. They were very welcoming, informative and made me feel confident about the product. Not to mention, their prices were sensational. I asked more questions there then I did before signing the paperwork to join the military and never once did anyone make me feel like I was taking too long or try to rush me into something that I did not want. I have used Heritage Jewelers on a number of occassions and I can't say enough about them! You are greeted with a warm welcome and a smile as soon as you walk in. I spoke with Dirk about getting an engagement ring and bands for my wife. He took the time to explain the difference between the cut, clarity, color, and carat for me since I was new to this sort of thing. He answered every question I had throughly and made sure I understood. I eventually narrowed my ring choices down to two. I couldn't decide and he then mentioned that he could make a unique custom design built with qualities I liked from both the rings. He emailed me a computer drawing of what the ring would look like and I told him to go ahead with the plans. I will never forget the look of my now wife's face when I proposed and opened the box. One of the best memories of my life! Recently, my wife gave birth to our first child and I contacted Dirk again about getting her a "push gift". With the same friendly professionalism, he again gave me a few ideas to bounce around. The final product came out more beautiful than I could imagine. Again my wife's jaw dropped in shock. A perfect peridot center stone surrounded by diamonds and diamonds going down the band. I will not use another jeweler as long as Heritage Jewelers and Dirk are around! I would strongly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for that something special for their special someone!

My husband and I have had multiple experiences working with Heritage Jewelers and I can without a doubt say we will never go anywhere else! Dirk and Tom are both incredible and amazing to work with. They are also extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in the work that they do. A few years ago my husband found Heritage Jewelers while researching Jewelers for engagement rings. He always says from the minute he walked in the door (they were actually closed and Dirk was nice enough to let him come in, look around and started to work with him on the idea he had for my engagement ring that night too) he felt extremely comfortable and knew Heritage Jewelers was where he'd be purchasing my ring from. Dirk worked with my husband to design my gorgeous ring, answering every question and giving his own personal opinion when my husband was unsure. After getting engaged, my ring was slightly too big for my finger, we brought it in and Tom was great and fixed it on the spot without us even leaving the store! I receive multiple compliments every day on my ring and have Dirks craftsmanship and eye (and my husband of course ?) to thank for it! We've made multiple purchases (our wedding bands, custom stackable rings and a custom diamond necklace) and I can tell you I've never been happier and will keep going to Heritage for all of my jewelry as well as will continue to refer others there! I initially went to Heritage after reading their reviews online. I had gems in 2 different settings that I wanted combined into a single new fun/casual setting. They listened to what I was looking for and were very helpful in showing me how I could accomplish my goal. My first impression of Heritage was so warm and welcoming, my gut told me to do the project with them. I always like to shop around a little before moving forward with something like this so I walked out and went to a different jeweler, where I was so unimpressed. It was an easy choice, I went back to Heritage Jewelers. Jan, Dirk, Tom and Patty? helped me pick the perfect setting and determine how the gems could likely be set best within it. I left understanding that when they started actually working on it, they may find that the stones would look better set in somewhat differently. I was confident they understood what I wanted and had no concerns at all of leaving this in their very capable hands. The work was done as scheduled. Tom indeed changed the layout a bit, it is an absolutely fabulous, stunning piece of art. I have received numerous compliments on this ring. I would recommend everyone go to Heritage Jewelry. I recently moved from the city to the suburbs and did not have a preferred jeweler out here yet. I needed a watch battery replaced and happened to Yelp to see Heritage Jewelry near me. I'm so glad I did! Not only did they change my battery at a more-than-reasonable price, but I found a ring I liked while waiting and it was sized to perfection within an hour. I was impressed then. But a month later, after a party, I found my ring bent in an oval (I guess a clumsy friend dropped it from my counter and stepped on it...). I brought the ring in and again, it was fixed expeditiously and at about 1/2 the price I would've expected. I will definitely be back with this fast and friendly service and dedication to quality work for their customers!

This was my second time buying from Heritage Jewelers. I purchased my Wife's engagement ring there, and just purchased her wedding band. I have nothing but good things to say about Dirk and Jan. In all of my searching for the perfect ring, I did not come across a place I would even begin to recommend over this one! Is it more than two hours away? I went to Heritage after my center stone fell out of my wedding ring. I wanted an updated look.Dirk spent a lot of time helping find a design that I would love and that was in my budget. I couldn't be any happier with the final results and I have gotten many complements on my ring.
